I had a very good experience here at this car wash personnel was very nice and cheerful and they did a great job cleaning my car thank you so much!!
This car wash and their customer service is horrible. I paid for the most expensive car wash that includes free use of the vacuum. After wash and travel through the ancient outdated wash facility I say waiting to use the vacuum. I was told to hold on repeatedly. Then after I complained again I was told that a guy in the front has the vacuum key and he did not have time to go and get it. After I voiced my disgust he stated that the vacuum is a courtesy and they don't tell people. I advised him that I was informed of the policy during my first visit so I know what to expect. He begins to tell me that he didn't tell me about it and pretty much it sucks to be me right now as he walked back to spraying down the next customer's wheels. This place is too high to have such bad service and dated equipment
This car wash is awesome came to get my car done at 1pm and I was out at 1:40pm which was really quick! Car looked amazing! I loved my experience one of the workers Hussain was so friendly, helpful and kind to me. I enjoy my service.
Been here twice, bought a used car and took it here for detailing. My Lexus looks brand new on the inside and out now! I spoke with a guy name Asif there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took about 3 hours but well worth the wait.
