I was in the office on 11/18/17 for a 1 o'clock appointment for my son. This was our first visit to this office on Lord Baltimore Drive and it was NOT a positive one for one very important reason, the Black lady that was at the front desk wearing a mustard color sweater or shirt was argumentative with me twice. The first being when I asked her if my son was still going to be seen after we had been sitting for 45 minutes past his 1pm appointment time and then again when I was trying to set up an appointment for the Psychiatrist. I had to call out real loud to get the attention of whoever else was in the building for them to come out and assist me. My son and I both enjoyed meeting with the intake lady, Ashley. She was very nice and apologetic for the situation with the front desk lady and the mix up for my son and I having to sit and wait for such a long time beyond his 1pm appointment. The White lady I had spoken with on the phone just before coming to the office was nice and professional also. In fact she was sitting at the desk when my son and I first arrived, she had given me the paperwork and confirmed my contact information. After the Black lady was so ignorant towards me, the White lady came over to me and also apologized for what happened.

Whoever that Black lady is (and I am only saying Black lady and White lady because I do not know those two ladies names), anyway, she needs to be in another position because her being the first person that a new customer such as myself has to come in contact with is not a good first impression on the business. Her attitude and the way she approaches people is not a pleasurable experience. There was a little Hispanic boy in the lobby waiting and as soon as that Black lady came out he immediately started making annoyed faces at her and saying that he hates her. At that time I remember thinking how mean he was being but after my two encounters with her I TOTALLY agree with him. I don't care for her and if she is ever there again when we get there I want nothing to do with her. In fact I will from now on ask them to not have me come into the office on the one day a month that she is there. Her working there one day a month, in my opinion, is one day too much.
