People actually willing to do job right should be hired. Worst USPS I have ever been to. They clearly don't respect customer and make comments on back.
I have never encountered a worse customer service than the one I got here recently. I brought a package to send and one of the Attendants weighed my box and told me it will cost around $5. I got to the counter and the lady (Older lady) insisted it costs about $7. After I told her the box had been weighed and priced already, she rudely told me that priority mails start at $7.00 anyways, which is not true. she was very unprofessional, loud, and rude. And this is not the first time this has happened. Every visit I make to that post office is unpleasant. I hate going there because of them (especially the ladies). They totally neglect the important part of their job; making customers feel welcome and being pleasant. Their job is not to just COLLECT PACKAGES AND PAYMENT. I hope whoever is in charge sees all these reviews and put some mechanisms in place to correct their very unprofessional behavior.
Had a pleasant experience. The lady who helped me was very good and answered all my questions. Did not wait long as the services were prompt.
I almost always have positive interactions with the employees. It could be because I am there at least 4 days a week. I live in the neighborhood and there are always three employees that go over and beyond for me. It could be the crocheted stuff I made for them...
The pregnant post office employee displays very poor customer service. I stood in line and watched how she spoke to customers before it was my turn. When I got to the counter her attitude was the exact same way which was very condescending. I know all pregnant women don't have bad attitudes but if she can't control her hormones she may want to consider being a stay at home mom and not interact with customers.
