MashaAllah I have to say this giant is going down hill in the meat department.
It's a relatively good giant food place, but the selection isn't all that great. It could use a bit more variety.
Meat dept. is a joke. Always out of stock. Not much selection. The ice cream section is ok if you like your ice cream freezer burnt.
I recently moved to the area from mount Washington and this is one of the closest larger grocery stores near me. I went to the store on a September 3rd, a Sunday afternoon and if you frequent this location you know it's very poor structurally. Standing water everywhere, wet floor signs and trash cans catching water leaks from the ceiling. I was walking out of an isle turning left and slipped and fell on standing water ciming from and end unit freezer. I hurt my back and knee. I went to tell the customer service agent and the manager who was completely unbothered by my fall. Possibly because he was short staffed and had to work the register. Asked if I was ok and said here let's gets some information. Completely insensitive. I was anger and said just clean up the water. Went to the pharmacist for bandaids because my knee was bleeding and they only had alcohol wipes and ama bandages. Cleaned my knee with alcohol and then went back to customer service to see if they had larger bandaids. The young boy said no. I then gave home my information and he said someone would contact me. It's been over a month!!! It's reprehensible how they treat customers.. I didn't hear a sorry, let me help you by opening a pack of bandaids for you or even a let me take care of the groceries. NOTHING!!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Unfortunately I've spoke with legal representation who state it's very hard to prove theses cases and it would take time and money to handle in a civil courtroom BUT what I can do NOW is NEVER shop at this giant or any other.. ever again. Why patron a business with my hard earned money that doesn't care for or about me. NO THANK YOU. You have lost what could have been a loyal customer.

Pretty decent grocery store. Very large and well stocked. I love that there is some old school classic signage.
